The staff are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals but they also possess a genuine love and compassion for animals which is evident as soon as you walk through the door.

Kathryn is amazing, her extensive knowledge and vast experience of dermatological issues was evident in her assessment and explanation of Molly’s condition. All treatment options and expected outcomes were discussed with me in detail and I felt fully informed on how to manage her skincare regime at home. The additional support of frequent follow up phone calls and prompt replies to queries is very reassuring.
